Steff is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the Psychotherapy field and runs a psychotherapy and supervision practice in the North West of England. She is Vice President of Research and Innovation of the International TA Association, and an occasional guest editor of the Transactional Analysis Journal as well as an author of numerous articles.
We talk about Eric Berne’s early work on intuition and protocol, and Steff’s interest in integrating TA with other theories, especially body psychotherapy.

Sari is an international executive and team coach and expert on agile business innovation. She has been the director of Intact Academy for 30 years, giving accredited ICF and EMCC training to coaches and consultants all over the world.
She works as a consultant with multinationals, family businesses and start-ups to help them create inspiring leadership teams, cooperative cultures and agile innovation.
Sari has been a director in various multinationals herself for 23 years. She is a licensed teaching and supervising transactional analyst, PCM trainer, NOBCO-EMCC accredited Master coach, Msc systemic team coach and Msc Supervisor.
She has published numerous articles and books on leadership, coaching and organizational change.
